On top of that, they don’t keep us within structured meetings or penny-pinch us through billable hours. Overall, the team is open to all types of communication. Apart from that, Ryan and Rachel are easy to work with and good at gathering feedback. They can pull information out of us by asking us questions and doing interviews — they’re great communicators.

Our team was really impressed by their turnaround time and ability to meet deadlines. They have great communication, so we never feel like our schedule conflicts with their other clients or like they aren’t hearing what we say. They’re very organized in laying out clear deliverables for the project and are proactive about making and reporting progress towards each of those, so I never feel like I have to follow up to make sure that things are being accomplished.
