She was very active with me, continually providing me with rough drafts on a weekly basis — she was very thorough. They were also attentive to my needs, and their feedback was spot on in terms of search words and content types. Monique even brought up a couple of things that I didn’t think about, such as providing a navigation tool for customers on the website.
