I’m the owner of a counseling firm. We’re located in Illinois, and we’re available in two locations — in Crystal Lake and Huntly.

We hired RLC media to spearhead our website development and marketing efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RLC Media built our WordPress website from scratch. We had a discovery phase where we explained to them what we wanted to integrate on our platform. They continue to manage our marketing strategies, which include our branding, SEO, and PPC work.

I'm working with one person from RLC Media.

How did you come to work with RLC Media?

RLC Media was referred to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000–$50,000. We pay them around $350 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in August 2015, and we continue to collaborate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our main point of contact is personable, and he gives us suggestions for the project. He takes initiative, and he’s very attentive to our needs. Above all, he supports us in exploring new avenues for our business.

How did RLC Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent at communicating and budgeting. We don’t use any project management tools, but we keep in touch through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personal attention to developing my product and representing my business has been impressive. I feel like I’m working with a friend rather than a vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes our main point of contact is so busy, so it takes time before he gets back to us.

They’re very outstanding to work with.
