We launched and saw similar results, then after 5 months they CPA increased and they couldn't explain why. By the time we terminated the relationship they increased our CPA from $50 to $240.

In the beginning, they were quick to respond and get new creatives and audiences up and tested. By the end, what used to take days, too weeks and the ads were not polished.

Nothing. They are a typical ad agency that over promises and under delivers.

Be more responsive and work at the same pace with which they started.
