Super easy. Our account manager is a strong communicator and a knowledgeable advertiser and it seems the systems they have enhance his performance as well.

My account manager is awesome. I also love the automated surveys that are accompanied by a strategy approval on my end.

If I had to say one thing, it would be to increase creativity in someway. I know paid ads is a fairly data driven and "scientific" discipline if you will, but how do you incorporate the creative and artistic side of advertising to improve those efforts?
