The project manager changed about 3 months into the project, just as the database and wiring side of the work was starting. Also, the main developer also changed partway through the project. While this may have led to a slightly longer project because new staff took time to get up to speed and were not present for earlier conversations, they delivered a great product.

Even if they weren’t going to deliver on time, they communicated in advance so nothing ever impacted our timelines. Moreover, they made adjustments when they couldn’t meet a deadline and ensured our team was delivering the content and images they needed so our launch date could remain the same. Solid really did an amazing job of granting all our design wishes. We wanted it clean, but not sparse. Easily navigable, but journey-drive, so prospective clients with individual needs would be presented with the content in which we know they'll be they're most interested. We wanted it to feel fresh, modern, and distinct from all other agencies in our space, both visually and in terms of sophistication. And, in every way, Solid nailed it. Every box checked. The site is killer, both aesthetically and functionally, and our whole team is extremely excited and proud of what Solid produced for us.

We were able to soft launch the website almost a week ahead of time. Their organizational mentality sets them apart from other companies.
