Goji Labs has really knocked it out of the park. They are super communicative. David met with our staff who is working on this project 1–3 times a week when we were getting close to launch, and now they meet once a week. I talk to him at least once a month and there is a ton of email communication. Goji Labs was super responsive and receptive to what we had to say and what we had to ask. There was no question that was off the table and that was really helpful.

Since we have experience in the field, we don't need as much handholding, and Momentum Design Lab has accommodated us quite nicely. If there's something they're trying to explain that we already know, they stop what they're doing and move on to the next thing. We don't want to waste any time, and they've been great at that. We've packaged what we needed, and the team has delivered exactly that. Providers can add fluff to help clients understand the design layout. Still, since we already had the experience, we didn't need that information, so they've given us a package deal specifically for our needs.
