They're eager to make every aspect exactly as we envision it to be. Be clear in your expectations. You may be great at envisioning exactly what you want, but you also need to convey it to Design The Planet. If they come to a different interpretation of things, then you have to be able to tell them that's not what you had in mind. They're very receptive to feedback. They don't get offended or become defensive, which I love.
