VRP Consulting does a good job of managing. If someone goes on vacation they put in another developer. With the other company, if someone went on vacation or wanted to leave the company, it became a huge production just to do an information transfer. Sometimes it wasn’t even possible. VRP Consulting does really well with that. I can’t think of any constructive criticism. We have weekly meetings and that’s a huge advantage for me. I tried to get other partners to do that, but they weren’t agreeable.

I think there’s one thing that’s very unique about SADA Systems. I’m going to break away a little bit from Microsoft and O-365 on this. There is a number of consultants out there that are big box consultants that I have worked with that – I’ll give you an example. I was trying to move my data center completely into the cloud. Through this traditional big box, vendors will come in and say, “I can easily move that to the cloud. Let me take that physical asset, I’ll virtualize it, I’ll STP it, or I’ll physically ship it over to your private cloud, and we’ll unpackage it and voila!” Okay, that’s great and that works. SADA Systems takes a very different approach. SADA Systems was saying to us, “We want to make sure – we understand the cloud. We want to make sure that when we move your assets that your assets are able to function.” The portability of the asset is one thing, but understanding what the impact is going to be for your business is where SADA Systems really starts to shine. So, maybe it’s part of their culture, maybe it’s part of the kernel of how they grew as a company. But, I find they’re a little more in tune with the consequence of some of these actions, the consequence of moving to the cloud. They’re a little more realistic about what you’re going to give up when you go to one of these cloud solutions. I find that grows a great deal of trust. So, I’ve been very satisfied with them, their vision, and their execution.
