There are a couple of things that I have asked them to do that they didn't think was the right way to approach or the right thing for us to do, so they said, "No, you've asked us to do this work. We think you're doing the wrong thing for the following reasons; therefore, we don't want to do it. If you're going to insist on doing it that way, find someone else to do it." I found it to be hugely refreshing and very helpful.
