As a former agency owner, I know how alluring it can be to say yes to clients, but that’s not how Spire worked. They firmly believed in trusting the data, and, when we wanted to go a different way, they wouldn’t budge. We had many frank conversations with their team, and they always left the decision up to us.       The project management throughout was excellent. We did a mix of in-person meetings, virtual meetings and instant messaging that was prompt and active without feeling pushy. We managed to get questions answered and solve problems quickly which is vital. At the same time, it didn't put a huge burden on me. I wrote the site (as it's my area of expertise), but I never felt like I was being asked to do lots of busy work. They took it all off my hands and I had confidence from the start that the project was being managed effectively. Everything was on time and done to the standard promised.
