The assist with website server migration and general maintenance and server responsiveness. Improvement of SEO and tracking for Facebook and Google PPC. General assistance with customer user experience and website look.

A much nicer user interface for our customers. A huge time savings for our office staff with the website dealing with much of the finer detail around delivery and scheduling. Inventory is now correct with no overselling.

Absolutely faultless, whilst I had worried about the language barrier I needent have. Their understanding of English is better than mine :)They were happy to converse about my ideas and what was needed and add simpler solutions to my problems.

I'm impressed by the ability to work on so many different platforms and in different languages. Also they stayed committed even during the Russian attacks, somehow working in between shellings and powercuts. Astonishing.

Their involvement in backend development was minimal, and most integrations were provided out of the box. They offered very limited support, and it was challenging to get defects fixed.

What were the measurable outcomes from your project with Solomono?

We encountered significant challenges throughout the project, including persistent front-end and back-end issues, limited communication, and a lack of effective project management. Many defects remained unresolved or required additional payment to address. Ultimately, we were unable to launch the website due to both technical and management challenges, as well as separate business factors that affected the timeline and priorities.

Was there any part of Solomono's work that functioned as intended or provided value?

Despite the overall challenges, the primary user journey and payment system integration were implemented successfully and demonstrated the intended functionality.

How would you describe Solomono’s project management?

There was no clear project management structure or proposal from Solomono regarding communication or workflow. I had to take the initiative to guide the project and suggested using Trello as a shared tool for task tracking and coordination.

What did you find most impressive or unique about working with Solomono?

The team demonstrated strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver results promptly under the right conditions. However, in a fixed-budget setting, their engagement in addressing defects and refinements was limited.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Improved communication and project management would make a significant difference. Being clearer about what’s feasible within the agreed budget and timeline, and providing stronger guidance toward mutual success, would enhance their service.
