At one point after our collaboration ended, I was looking to bring them back because I had heard from my predecessor nothing but good things about their work and customer service. Their deliveries and overall communication were great. To manage the project, we had a template for monthly reporting, and we had a regular cadence of weekly or biweekly calls to share results. Swerve has a very knowledgeable team, and they know the Canadian market really well. Moreover, their customer service was outstanding; they were constantly on top of things, and I felt I could trust their advice.
