We had chosen several key indicators of success, and we monitored them on a monthly basis. Both brand awareness and presence in important for us media skyrocketed.

I appreciated all the planning and collaboration tools we used during our cooperation and project-management orientation.

After many years of collaboration with agencies, Rocket Science has set an incredibly high bar for work excellence. They have consistently delivered continuity and professionalism for our brand management while maintaining creativity, speed of delivery, and producing high-quality content for the challenging IT industry.

I was extremely impressed with their technical knowledge and expertise in effectively building the brand image of the company in the Polish market, and I can sincerely recommend them as a trustworthy partner.

I am a communication spacialist at the hungarian office of SentiOne. SentiOne is an Omnichannel Conversational AI Platform.

In the first steps, they wanted to get to know the company better. In order for them to be able to help us really well, it was important to know all the good features of our product. Together, we came up with ideas on what topics we should process that could be published later in places that are relevant to us. From here, there was always a pre-arranged topic. Rocket Science worked completely independently. The preparation of an article was agreed with us in several phases. It was great to work with them.

I worked with the hungarian PR consultant and the CEO of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Hundreds of press releases in Hungary over the one-year cooperation. The quality of the releases was really high. We can appear in the largest newspapers in Hungary in places suitable for our target group.

We had weekly meetings, and monthly planning sessions. We communicated via e-mail but we met in person sometimes. Whenever I had a question or had to ask something, I could always reach them.

Their communication style, the working progress, and how amazing they are in PR.

We needed some PR & brand consultancy to increase visibility.

We held workshops with Rocket Science Communications; they proposed different activities, such as social media campaigns, and helped connect us with journalists and other contacts. We wrote the content, and they read it to give feedback before publishing. Their team also helped us prepare market research, press conferences, and reports to share through social media as expert information.

A foundation we're connected with referred them to us; they had a successful project with Rocket Science Communications, and we decided to try them.

We spent $75,000 with them.

We worked together from November 2019–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the engagement with them, we're more visible and have gained several more followers on social media — their team worked to help us design something new to stand out on the market. We were also listed as experts in email marketing by several journalists and have received two awards. Overall, I was impressed with what they did to my businesses' look — my expectations were more than met!

They met all of the project's deadlines. In terms of communication, we had constant meetings to keep us updated and review the processes. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They were creative and always ready to find new solutions to engage more people.

I am the head of marketing at No Fluff Jobs, the largest job board in Central Europe. We publish job openings in the IT market.

We needed a company to help us with our PR efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rocket Science Communications assists with our marketing efforts — they create content and help us publish 5–6 IT job reports focused on Central Europe and Poland. They contact the best journalists and connect us with trendsetters to publish our data reports. 

For example, we just created a report on women in the IT market, and Rocket Science Communications wrote a press release to send to the media and contacted journalists.

My company was already working with Rocket Science Communications when I was hired, so I'm unsure how the partnership began.

The partnership started in May 2019 and it's ongoing.

I've worked with other PR agencies before, but Rocket Science Communications is the best — their ability to connect us to the right resources is like nothing I've seen before. Now, we're known as the best provider of IT jobs, and if someone is looking for a job, they'll come to our job board. 

Rocket Science Communications has a huge impact on our company — every press release they create and distribute has a significant effect on the Polish media. They can take the proper marketing efforts to raise awareness of our postings and report; we have a large number of viewers.

In terms of our marketing KPIs, they deliver top-notch results and achieve high marketing numbers monthly. 

How did Rocket Science Communications perform from a project management standpoint?

Rocket Science Communications is great at project management, and they reminded us that deadlines are near.

They send us a monthly report, and then we have monthly meetings to discuss those reports and our plans for the next month. However, for some press releases and reports, we meet every two weeks. 

There is some flexibility in our meetings, and if they need something from us, they'll relay it to us or schedule a meeting. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

When a company sets out to hire a PR firm, it's important to hire the team with the most notable contacts, especially journalists. I think Rocket Science Communications' journalist connections are the best and make them stand out.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think Rocket Science Communications' prices could be lower, but they are worth the money we are paying.

Rocket Science Communications has a lot of industry knowledge and comes up with good ideas; potential customers need to listen to their team because they'll do a great job.
