This was the first event at scale with 250 invite only attendees expected to listen to industry leaders share how they are using AI in customer and employee experience. This included finding new prospects (60% of the attendees), inviting key executives from customers and partners (40% of the attendees). Besides the core event there were also focused break outs and press activity. Ortus Club managed the event from sourcing new prospects to finding the location, setup and registration, and post event follow up. Highly professional.
