All of our Leadership Team was equipped with tools to allow them to provide and receive constructive feedback in a way that will motivate all parties to grow, versus become defensive. 

Sales leaders trained and coached to enhance team performance, communication clarity, and results accountability.

16 team leaders completed structured Giving and Receiving Feedback training to improve performance conversations and employee development.

60 employees across the organization completed Negotiation Skills training to strengthen internal collaboration and external client outcomes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?

We needed help with training and creating training programs for our employees, specifically focusing on leadership skills.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Learngistics provided fractional training officer services. The team worked with us on live and recorded coaching sessions and created a training path that included videos and reading resources for employees. I met once a week with our representative to discuss what we were working on.

We ran a series of training programs on personality types, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills. We also developed a framework for a training path to support new leaders within the company. This path was designed for when we needed to transition someone into a new leadership role.

We worked with Jennifer, a fractional learning officer from Learngistics. She acted as our CLO on a fractional basis.

How did you come to work with Learngistics?

Another contractor referred Learngistics to us. We had a marketing consultant who was aware of Learngistics and recommended them. The other vendor sent an email introducing us to Learngistics, and the owner of Learngistics suggested we go out for lunch and discuss the possibility of working together. We identified areas where we could collaborate and began from there.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a training path for new leaders, which is good. We have a team of seven managers who have followed the training path designed by Learngistics.

How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?

Learngistics delivered the work on time and within budget. Everything was delivered either in person or through email. We also used Microsoft Teams to have conference calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Learngistics was very knowledgeable in the training field and creative in devising solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We identified that a different pricing structure could have worked better for us since we were more project-based than regular consulting-based. However, we addressed this issue with the owner.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ensure you clarify with Learngistics if you need a fractional consultant to work through programs or if you're more project-based. If you're more project-based, ensure the goals are developed around that. If it's more of a fractional monthly consulting service, that's something you'll be building over time. Have clarity around the services you need Learngistics to provide.

We needed help organizing and managing our virtual events.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Learngistics helped us with the technical side of our web events. The team assisted us with virtual event management on Zoom. We initially hired them for an event in January 2025. Learngistics did such a good job that we hired them again in September 2025 for a larger virtual conference.

Learngistics helped us with all the logistical aspects of the event, including full coordination. The team was instrumental in all aspects of the event. We had trade show booths on Zoom, and Learngistics organized and set up the booths on our behalf for our sponsors. The team also created the Zoom event page to ensure it was uniform and featured all our branding, as well as that of our sponsors.

We found Learngistics through a Google search. I set up a discovery call with them to learn about their experience on the platform we were considering using. We decided to try them out, and they did a great job.

We experienced a 50% increase in attendance compared to previous events. We also had sales in excess of $40,000 CAD.

How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?

Learngistics delivered on time and within budget. We used WhatsApp and emails for communication, and Asana for project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Learngistics was very attentive and did an amazing job coordinating our event. Learngistics helped us stay very organized. This was our first full weekend conference in this capacity, and the team did a fantastic job handling everything. We didn't have any issues, so it was a flawless event thanks to Learngistics.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, Learngistics performed amazingly.

Learngistics is really good at what they do. Trust them because they'll try to coordinate everything on your behalf. Let them do their job and provide them with clarity and guidance in advance of what you're looking for, which is something we did with Learngistics, so they can help you execute your vision.

We needed support with foundational training around AI, specifically ChatGPT. As an organization, we had just rolled out a usage policy and wanted to provide training to all employees so they could better use AI tools for their productivity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, I briefed Learngistics on where we were as an organization in our AI journey and what we were looking for in terms of training. We worked together to define the outcomes I wanted the employees to get out of the sessions. Learngistics created a custom agenda and tailored their programs to meet my needs.

We agreed on the content, outline, outcomes, and schedule of Learngistics sessions with employees. The team helped me with the communication, putting together a brief I could share in the invitation to help employees set expectations and understand what the training session would be about.

We used the participation rates as the primary measure of success. Learngistics was a pleasure to work with. The team put a lot of care and attention into understanding our needs to ensure they recommended the right solution. The team was a good partner and flexible in their approach, always trying to find the best possible outcome for our needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?

We needed Learngistics' expertise in virtual event and webinar management and video production services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Learngistics provided us with a comprehensive pre-event and scoping exercise. We initially met with them for a discovery and planning call where the team focused on our objectives and pushed our internal team to think in a way that we'd never considered before.

We worked with Learngistics on a weekly production cadence, and they helped us with planning the steps regarding what we needed to achieve on our side and what they needed to achieve on their side.

Our goal was to create a dynamic, beautiful webinar at a production level that we couldn't build on our own. We wanted to elevate our brand but didn't have the internal expertise and confidence to do it. We wanted to make it easier for our team to focus on the deliverables of the business and not get caught up in the tech and production.

Learngistics provided us with the Zoom platform and engagement software, and they did the production studios. The team edited the graphics and created the 2D animations. We did multiple technical reviews and dry run rehearsals. Learngistics took our assets, modified them, and put them into the production studio.

Learngistics coached us on complex elements in terms of graphic design, changing scenes, and cues with the performers. They worked with us to rehearse and get everything dialed in for the event itself.

After the event, the team supported us in multiple steps. Learngistics quickly got us the data on the participant engagement rate and coached us on how to follow up with our clients. Learngistics also gave us the data and actions for the engagement activity and how to use that.

We worked together from May to June 2025. We're planning on hiring Learngistics for other engagements.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had an engagement rate of 47% and a conversion rate of 17% that became qualified leads, which was very high for our objectives. Previously, we couldn't guarantee results on the webinars, so we went from unpredictable outcomes to being able to say how to use the event to help drive new business development.

How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?

Learngistics delivered the work on time and budget. The team maintained very open and proactive communication, which was an absolute godsend to our team because it helped keep us on track. We're having Learngistics come back to manage all our virtual production needs.

The team had their proprietary production process and tools, and we worked on their tool set. We also communicated via regular weekly Zoom meetings, a WhatsApp group, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Learngistics' performance was impressive. The team helped us to expect more from our production and our content, and helped us achieve it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, Learngistics operated at the highest level of the industry's best practices. It set a whole new standard of expectation for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust the process and trust Learngistics. We wished we'd engaged the team sooner. Learngistics made us see that there's a craft in webinars, and it's better to work with people who are experts in their field because they will naturally level you up. We felt a multiplier effect with Learngistics; they'd empower you to go beyond what you're used to.

I’m the CEO and founder of Kerrageous Inc., an international professional sales training company. I primarily focus on the wealth and asset management space, but I also provide training for anyone in sales. I leverage global warrior concepts combined with sales skills. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?

I wanted to launch an online Warrior Sales Academy. I did the project in three phases, starting with content creation and research. I also did market analysis and product comparisons with different online learning programs. From there, I wanted to create everything from scratch, but I'm not tech-savvy, so I needed help with the backend design and frontend development. At that point, I hired an intern to help me with some of the platform build.

In phase two, I wanted a video production company to record the videos I would put into this platform. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Learngistics produced 64 videos for my learning platform, handling preproduction, production, and postproduction. They created everything from scratch using my colors, logos, music I like, and graphic designs aligned with the brand.

For the production, Learngistics provided a proposal that clearly outlined the steps involved in pre-production, production, and editing. They also took the time to understand me, my business, and my content. They also sourced the vision for the set and created the set design. They found a studio and provided the crew with a camera, lighting, and technology. I wanted to do some live demos with real people. Learngistics suggested that we produce them by taping them online using Riverside. The demos then went into the videos.

Once the videos were taped, Learngistics edited them in the postproduction stage. They added the music, lighting, sound, colors, and graphics. 

What is the team composition?

At least two crew members were involved, so there were three people in total.

How did you come to work with Learngistics?

I facilitate contracts for a major bank in Canada and provide virtual sales training for the bank’s financial planners. The same bank has hired Learngistics to produce webinars. One day, I was chatting with a producer and saying I was having difficulty finding a one-stop shop that would do preproduction, videography, and editing. Usually, I would have to hire multiple people, which would add up to thousands of dollars. Learngistics offered to do everything from A to Z.

My biggest challenge was keeping the project at a rate I could afford. I researched different video production companies and found Louis, the president of Learngistics. A couple of things jumped out. Firstly, they operated in the learning and development space, so they were familiar with my industry and the vision of what I wanted to create. 

Secondly, they were able to offer their services at a significantly lower cost than the other competitors we looked at. Thirdly, since I had been working for 6–7 years on this project, I needed a true partner, not just a service provider. I needed someone willing to go above and beyond and work with me to bring some creativity and innovation to the table. I also appreciated that they kept things easy for me regarding the technical aspects.

The project lasted from March–April 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In the third phase, my intern is uploading the videos to the learning platform. She said they were amazing. The quality of the videos was fantastic, and the creativity and thought that went into them were above and beyond. I didn’t expect that level of detail.

After this, I will sell and market the programs. There are a million different online learning platforms, so I wanted to create something innovative and creative that was perfectly aligned with my brand. Learngistics did that with very little direction from me; they were super creative and proactive. They went above and beyond to deliver excellence. Their work ethic aligned with mine — they did whatever it took to complete the project. Learngistics put in more time and effort than was originally agreed to because they wanted the product to be at the level I needed. 

Moreover, their suggestion of using Riverside for the demos was brilliant, and I hadn't even thought of it. I could sit in the comfort of my own office and create a demo with a client from Philadelphia online, and Learngistics would tape it and make it into a video.

How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?

Learngistics was extremely professional and set extremely clear expectations. They were well-organized and managed the whole project, honoring all the deadlines. We got what we signed up for.

We used email and met on Louis' Zoom. We also used WeTransfer to share the videos back and forth, and we'll use Vimeo in the third phase.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our platform has asynchronous learning, and It was very important to me that it was as interactive and engaging as it could possibly be. Learngistics and Louis provided that experience, helping me create an online learning experience that was off-the-charts engaging, even though it was virtual. They delivered more than some of the expensive production companies I interviewed. They came to the table with ideas and suggested things to try — it was really cool. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re experts, so take direction from them and be open to it. Pay attention to the details in the preproduction phase. If the preproduction is nailed down, the production will be much more efficient and effective. For example, Louis strongly recommended minimizing the cost of studio time and being prepared with the script on a teleprompter. I really resisted it because I had 64 videos, and that's a lot of writing. Learngistics pushed and challenged me to be better prepared than I normally would have been, and that preparation saved me money.

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?

I needed help with Zoom production for two different projects, one for each of my companies.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

For one project, we were doing a five-week synchronous training program for a group of rehabilitation professionals in Florida. We wanted to be as interactive as possible, so we wanted to push the limits of technology to get as much engagement as possible. Learngistics provided Zoom production services for the program.

We did a lot of preparation before the first session. Learngistics provided two people for the project, so they had redundancy. Before each week, we’d meet for an hour to run the show. Afterward, we’d send the recordings back and forth. Learngistics also cleaned up some of the recordings for me after each week so I could share them in the future.

For the second project, I created a session that we needed to convert from in-person to Zoom. Learngistics helped me with that.

We worked together on the first project from April–June 2024; it was a six-week project. The second project took place in January 2025. Still, I'll hire them any time I have a similar project.

The participants were very happy with the overall program. We didn’t run into any glitches.

How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. Learngistics responded quickly to my email requests, was attentive, and assigned two teammates to the project. Those people were very competent and worked well together. There was always good communication, so I was never confused about who was handling what. They did the opening session and told people all the Zoom edits we were going to do beforehand. We used Zoom and an interactive tool called Mentimeter. We also communicated via email.

Audrey and Sabby were great. I couldn’t have pulled off such an event without them.

I’m an associate professor at the State University of New York at Old Westbury. I’m also the project director for the New York State Regional Center for Autism on our campus.

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?

We ran conferences and workshops virtually every year. Our conferences were open to the public, and we never knew the type of reach we’d have or who might attend. Before working with Learngistics, we were doing in-person events on our campus.

However, due to the number of attendees and interest, we had folks internationally participating in our events. As a result, we decided to move forward with virtual events. So we hired Learngistics to help us with our IT needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Learngistics provided IT and production support for our virtual events. The team facilitated our events and also helped us with dry runs. Usually, the week before our conferences, they met with all of our presenters virtually. The team then checked the audio and video to ensure everything was up and running before the actual conference.

While we were at the event, we had a live Google Docs document. Learngistics also supported us by monitoring the chat throughout the event. So, if there were technical issues on the participant’s side, the team quickly jumped in and supported them individually. Moreover, they handled the Q&A sessions at the end of our events. We fed them questions on the Google Doc, and they gave them to the presenter.

We typically worked with two people: Audrey, the senior producer, and Kim, the production assistant.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Learngistics was incredibly helpful, and their quality of work surpassed our expectations. Because of Learngistics' support, we decided to hold fewer in-person events at our campus. In fact, we shifted exclusively to virtual workshops and conferences. We held monthly workshops and larger conferences twice a year, and Learngistics supported us for each of those events. We typically received between 500 and 2,000 attendees per event.

Overall, we felt at ease knowing that they would be there to support us should there be any technical issues or questions we couldn’t answer on our own. We felt very comfortable.

How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily reached out to them via email. We also did Zoom sessions and phone calls. Learngistics was super responsive and receptive and could follow along, shifting gears very quickly. If there was a technical issue happening, they were on it. They intervened immediately, sometimes even before we realized what was going on.

We were very fortunate to have them on our team. Besides, the team delivered work on time and always stayed within budget.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Audrey was amazing. She was instrumental in supporting us throughout the project. Louis was quick and efficient as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our time differences could factor in since we worked with presenters worldwide. However, the team was always willing to jump in and make themselves available, regardless of the time or day. Having that level of access was tremendously helpful.

We’re also grant-funded, so sometimes, we never knew when our funding would come in. Nonetheless, Learngistics was very patient and supportive of our program. They understood that our grants office could take a couple of weeks to get things together. There were many layers at the university, but they were very flexible with that.

We did a couple of virtual events before working with them, and it was noticeable that they eased the event management. They took the stress away from us regarding production and avoiding potential catastrophes.

Learngistics always met with us and our presenters well in advance, so we were never logging on five minutes before or trying to work things through.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren't any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trusting Learngistics’ expertise and professionalism will be huge. Keep in mind that they’re super prepared, professional, and fun, putting presenters at ease. They’re very clear as well. This will help you tremendously in easing the burden of your events.
