What I’ve learned from DBOX is that they are well-organized, using the Monday.com platform to keep track of all the projects we have with them. This helps both companies maintain proper communication channels and manage payments effectively, ensuring everything is delivered according to plan.
For short conversations or urgent matters, DBOX created a Slack app that allows us to reach out to them, and they respond within an hour or so. I would say that working with DBOX has exceeded our expectations.

EOV Media was engaged to work on the animation required for an internal communication campaign. Their scope of work is to create a series of whiteboard animation, which showcases and enhances visibility for a set of desired behaviours that would act as a guide for our employees on their daily actions.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chanced upon their portfolio and found them to be a potential partner. A briefing meeting was set up with 2 other creative agencies, and all proposals were reviewed. The deciding factor was how EOV managed to grasp very accurately the look and feel of our envisioned end product, and crafted a storyboard that requires only minimal revisions.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After the briefing meeting, EIOV reverted with a storyboard outline, and some samples illustrations for our comments and inputs. After a couple of rounds of edits, while we concurrently worked on audio recordings, the animation is generated. Further minor asesthetic and timing adjustments were made. The final deliverable was completed less than 4 weeks after the initial meeting.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have Ali who is the CEO, Ryan the animator, Hamza the creative director, and Mohammad who is the copywriter - 4 team members in total.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the animation was launched, the response was overwhelming with very positive and uplifting feedbacks. The avatars created and the whiteboard animation was refreshing for the audience, having seen many videos and testimonials versions of the same communication.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The EOV team was very responsive, reacts quickly, follows changes closely and very collaborative. Even with the 4 hrs time zone difference, it does not affect the workflow between the various collaborators.

They listen carefully, and understand our requirements quickly even though this is a relatively new territory and industry for them. They are very honest in their work, and displayed high levels of professionalism.

The terms that we use for our products and solutions could be very remote to them. The team made special effort to have a good level of understanding so they can incorporate into the works.

I’m the founder of FitVisor, a startup company that offers personal training. We assign trainers with different specialties to fit our clients’ specific needs.

I was looking for someone to help us with branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?
First, I explained to EOV our vision and what the company was about. They did market research and presented different options to market our company in the best possible way. Along with this, they helped us determine our target audience.
Then, they handled all the general branding creation, including the logo, fonts, and social media themes. Additionally, they gave us advice on how to kick off our brand on social media platforms and designed giveaway products, gifts for clients, clothing, and any other asset that had our logo on it.
Aside from branding, EOV also did a small animation project for us, creating a three-minute video to explain our company.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a personal assistant at A & T Technical Services. We design and organize exhibitions. I’m the one arranging tasks for our design, production, and sales teams. We’ve been in business for more than two years, and we’re working on projects at the moment, despite the pandemic.

What challenge were you trying to address with EOV Media Group?
We were rebranding our company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
EOV created our entire branding based on our ideas, and they’re also handling our digital marketing and media creation. They’ve created pamphlets and other collateral for us as well. Other key deliverables include branding guidelines, logo, stationery, mugs, roll-ups, and flyers.
We provide briefs to them and they provide us the storyboard. We give them comments, share ideas (brainstorming), and draft ideas for visualization, until they come up with the exact design we want.
Their stationery, such as letterhead and envelopes, stood out to us. It is arranged in such a manner that our logo been emphasized, even without mentioning the company name. Its originality and creativity stood out.
What is the team composition?
I’m working with their director and a designer. I discuss ideas and requirements with the director.
How did you come to work with EOV Media Group?
We chose them based on their cost and quality of work. EOV had a good reputation in Dubai and had won multiple awards. They’d worked with large companies and government entities in the region as well. They knew what they were doing, and they had their own methods and processes to deliver according to the requirements and schedule submitted to them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with EOV around January 2018, and it’s ongoing. We’ve also worked as a supplier for EOV, for printing and other services, and we’ve worked on 3-4 projects in total.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
EOV has a lot of creative, out-of-the-box ideas, and they work diligently. I rate our collaboration 8/10. Every project we’ve done with them has been successful.
How did EOV Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
They use Trello as a centralized communication channel between our team and theirs. All projects are tracked there, and we can see the progress of the work and who’s assigned to it. That makes it easy for us to follow up. EOV is quick to respond to any questions we may have. There will be delays during holidays and similar periods, but they still reply to emails within a day at those times. We use WhatsApp for quick communication, where we have a group with our management and their team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like how they’re dealing with us with professionalism and camaraderie. I’ve worked with graphic designers before where it was difficult to get a response about a change or revision while they were working on the task, or they wouldn’t reply at all. With EOV, we can get in touch with them on Trello or WhatsApp, and they reply within 5-20 minutes. They don’t put us on hold or neglect us simply because they’re doing something else. I’m enjoying working with them because of their quick response time and professionalism.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their motion graphics design skills. The rest of the collaboration has been good. EOV can create infographics and other media, and they’re creative people.

My entity has been working along with eov even before I become an employee their since 2015. They have been working in many different projects such as rebranding, programs development, redesigning the mobile app, creating the concept and design of the yearly planners for employees and events management.
What were your goals for this project?
For the yearly planners we always seeks for a new creative ideas that will keep the employees communicate with each other and focusing in spreading knowledge and awareness among them.

How did you select EOV Media Group?
The team have been working with eov even before I joined it.

For such project we usually ask for a concepts from different vendors. Eov have been providing the best concepts that support our targets in the entity as they understand out mission and values and our strategy.
We work along with them in a different meetings to reach the best ideas that supports our target. They usually study our needs and requests and come back with a design concept and variety of gift items that support the idea.
This process usually take around 2-3 weeks and then we decide on the best design option and gift items and receive a mock up within less than 2 weeks to start production.
What was the team composition?
The focal point was the team manager. Most of our meetings and communication was through him. They have a back office team but the main contacting person was him. And it is better to be so to avoid the mistakes, misunderstanding, and confusion in ideas and timings.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have decide to add a monthly quiz in the planner for that year. The questions were based on our strategy and we have included a strategy tip in each month. The employees interaction was higher than previous years with the quizzes we use to do for them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The work with eov team have been always easy to manage and communicate. The communication between our teams is by a variety of options. Either phone calls or WhatsApp msgs and we have a group their for the trams as we work regularly with them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are always available and they respond very quickly with any inquiries and issues. They are flexible to any updates and changes even at the last minute.
They always provide impressive work when it comes to designing.
Quality is number one to them which really attracts us to work with them
Are there any areas for improvement?
Some projects could be delivered faster but the delay was usually from both sides as we sometimes take time for the approval cycle.
