Incredibly responsive team and very well organized. For the overall project management, we had access to the project management board so that we could see in real-time what was being done or what was needed from our team.
We also had regularly scheduled calls to provide status updates and track milestones and KPIs. In between meetings, we had access to the team through Slack and email, and they were always very responsive. Deliverables were always on time and exceeded expectations.
