On top of that, they can adapt to the changes we need to make. For instance, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to change the way we work. They meet our deadlines and stay on budget. They’re very accommodating and work with us. Initially, we had weekly meetings, which we now do biweekly. We also still have weekly meetings for about 30 minutes to an hour. We have a Microsoft Teams chat for urgent inquiries and open email communication.
