We had daily calls, group meetings, and planning sessions. They used Trello initially, but when we incorporated our own Scrum master, we migrated everything to Jira, and they were open to that. We worked in a Scrum methodology so we could iterate the different versions quickly.

What I liked about them is that my staff and my doctors are so computer illiterate, that, if the phones go down or whatever, Burgi Technologies will remotely fix them right away. Or, if they can't do it remotely, they'll come to our offices, but they don't charge us extra unless there's a special fee or something that we want them to do. For example, we did an hour-long HIPAA training, which is required once a year, and I paid extra for that. They don't nickel and dime me. And they're just so nice, helping us with the smallest things.
