I can always count on them to respond in a timely manner. Vertical IT Solutions is quick and detailed. We generally exchange emails to start the conversation, and we then communicate via phone calls to resolve issues at that moment or work on them together. Duke (Tier 1 Support Technician) is very good at following up quickly whenever he needs more information, usually within a couple of minutes. He's also great at reaching out to ask for a meeting whenever we need to get things resolved.

5.0 Mar 29, 2023On top of that, the voicemail transcription service is very helpful because, sometimes, our staff is not able to answer a call in time. This service allows us to get a voicemail transcript via email that includes the name and phone number of the caller, which helps us attend to our patients better. Vertical Computers’ project management was excellent. They were able to modernize my phone system in less than a week without disrupting our service, which was very important for us because we didn’t want our patients to be unable to reach out to us.

Typically, they resolve any issues quickly. For the app, Joe was our project lead. The communication was great. He was very responsive. Even if a server was down at eight o’clock at night, he’d jump right on the issue and figure out what happened.

Based on the quality of our interactions, they feel like a family run business. They give us much more attention compared than their competitors. We have a really solid relationship. Our conversations are always productive and enjoyable. They have some turnover, and we sometimes get somebody new in a role, but they seem to be very good at picking people. I value the relationship they’ve established with us, which extends beyond one person. We’ve had great interactions with everyone we’ve met company-wide over the years. The caliber of support from each member of such a large group of people has been astonishing. All their staff members give our partnership a personal touch, which is tough to pull off. That’s one of the most important things they’ve accomplished.
