The project was to create a ticketing system for our Safety Department that would be available for all our employees. This ticketing system would need to be made available on our Digital Experience site for employees only so that the tickets could be submitted that way. A new section for these requests would need to be created as well. Selecting this option will take them to a page that will display a screen flow. This screen flow will ask the user to enter the information to the relevant fields. After entering all the information and selecting a button the page will display a thank you message along with creating the Safety report record from the information entered. This should be mapped out and use an existing object we have in our Salesforce org. Some additional fields and options for file upload were also needed.

The updated site better communicates the company's value proposition, contributing to improved visitor engagement and a more professional enterprise-grade web presence.
