An internal developer was PM from our side and most experienced developer from the agency was doing code reviews and managing other developers from the agency. Initially we were all on-site and using tools like Jira, Confluence and Slack while after covid-19 measures we all switched to remote work. The developers from the agency are very adaptive. They were experienced in Java and had limited experiences with Kotlin. As our projects were all in Kotlin they quickly switched.

We assigned their QA Automation Tester onto an existing team and managed their work deliverables similarly to how we manage our existing Dev/QA resource work deliverables. If things were ever off-track, we were kept in the loop by our existing Scrum framework and addressed gaps directly with resources. While we did not need to leverage this, Simform also had a dedicated Customer Success resource that we could leverage if we were unable to address these gaps directly with our assigned resource.

I had Himanshu Upadhyay as my project manager. He did an excellent job on the project. Very responsive, even from 1/2 a world away. Great communication, always seeking clarity between my desires and what the programmers were working on. I now have to have him on future projects. I had Kewal Sanghadia as my success manager. He did a great job checking in with me along the way and making sure I was heard through the process. They were a great team! Simform is a well-oiled machine. Our company has been building our own software for the past 13 years and we just started working with Simform in the last 6 months. They have blown me away with their organization, communication, design, and programming.
