Yes, they delivered on time, every time. They were very organized and effective at project management. Over the course of this project and an even larger project I worked on with them a couple years ago, their project management tools have changed but they always made it very easy for us as the client. I personally don't like to be too involved in product management so I can focus on being CEO. I could basically dump features on them, they'd follow up and scope and groom the features, t-shirt sized epics and tasks, get them into sprints and do a demo every two weeks. They have QA on their team as well, so everything we set it and forget it.
