He would typically work within our Asana and meet with me once a week to discuss where they are, what they are stuck with, and what the goals are for the week. Even if our unrealistic deadlines, Andrew always found a way to deliver by the deadline. With Andrew and the Canchill team, I don't have to stress about that. There's a reason why I continue to work with them for so many years. They're a strong team of developers, but may miss some visual perfections.
