K3x.lab was organized and reliable throughout the project. They delivered each phase on time and kept us updated regularly. Whenever we had feedback or needed to make changes, they responded quickly and adjusted without any fuss. Communication was smooth, and we always felt like they were on top of things.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about K3X Lab was how much they cared about the product. They didn’t just build what we asked, they thought ahead, gave helpful suggestions, and really tried to make the platform better. Their mix of speed, creativity, and clear communication made them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something K3X Lab could have done differently?

Overall, we were very happy with the work, but one area that could be improved is providing more structure around timelines and milestones from the beginning. A clearer roadmap upfront would have helped us plan our side better. That said, the team was always responsive and flexible when we needed to adjust.

They deliver on time. Communication is respectful and constructive. They respond to our needs reasonably i.e. they heed our needs but are not hesitant to provide feedback and suggestions.

It's a relatively small firm but with the quality of service and communication comparable to big international firms.

Yes, they do not update us as often as we'd like. Although it may be due to different preferences and that in the end they deliver on time and within acceptable quality.
