Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Vincere to develope our mental health platform, Comigo. The project included the creation of a comprehensive web application, a mobile app using React Native, a Chrome extension, and an AI-powered chatbot at the heart of it all. The work leveraged a robust tech stack and various integrations to ensure the platform's effectiveness and reliability.

Key Deliverables:

Web Application:

• Patient and Therapist Management: Secure, HIPAA-compliant dashboards for managing patient records, therapy sessions, and clinical notes.
• Activity Summaries and Analytics: Tools to monitor patient activities, adherence to therapeutic exercises, and progress over time.
• Therapeutic Content Delivery: A library of over 50 therapeutic exercises integrated within the platform for easy access by clinicians.

React Native Mobile App:

• Cross-Platform Compatibility: A unified codebase was developed for iOS and Android, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices.
• Real-Time Notifications: Push notifications were implemented to remind patients of tasks, appointments, and new exercises.
• Offline Access: Functionality was added to allow users to access their tasks and exercises without an internet connection.

Chrome Extension:

• The extension provides quick access to task management features, enabling users to manage their Do List, receive reminders, and track progress directly from their browser. It also integrates with Google Calendar for enhanced task management.

GPT-4 Chatbot via OpenAI API:

• A chatbot powered by GPT-4 was developed and integrated across both the web and mobile applications. This chatbot offers real-time, personalized support to users, helping them break down tasks and guiding them through therapeutic exercises.

Mixpanel Integration:

• The platform was integrated with Mixpanel to enable detailed tracking of user behavior and interactions. This allows for data-driven decision-making and optimization of the user experience.

Sentry Integration:

• Sentry was integrated for error monitoring and performance tracking. This ensures that any issues are quickly identified and resolved, maintaining a smooth user experience.

Tech Stack and Infrastructure:

• The entire development was supported by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), providing a scalable and secure environment for the application.
• GitHub was used for version control, along with comprehensive linting practices to maintain code quality.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines were implemented, enabling automated testing and deployment processes for efficient updates.

Adherence to timeframe, budget, and product features over the entire scope and duration of the project.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, they delivered on time, ever time. They were very organized and effective at project management. Over the course of this project and an even larger project I worked on with them a couple years ago their project management tools have changed but they always made it very easy for us as the client. I personally don't like to be too involved in product management so I can focus on being CEO. 
I could basically dump features on them, they'd follow up and scrope and groom the features, t-shirt sized epics and tasks, get them into sprints and do a demo ever two weeks. They have QA on their team as well so everything we set it and forget it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail and understanding of how startups need to move since they're entrepreneurs themselves. Clear and regular communication, daily automated GitHub/Slack updates. Things get done and done well without me having to know exactly who is doing what or dealing with the minutiae of the project management, although of course, I kept tabs on the broad strokes myself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vincere.dev could have done differently?

Not in recent years, no.
