I'm the CTO of RoomPriceGenie. We automate room pricing for smaller hotels to increase their revenue.

For what projects/services did your company hire Blankon Technology Solutions (Blankontech), and what were your goals?

We had the idea for a saas business and hired Blankon Technology Solutions to develop an app and to build an offshore team for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them on Upwork, and after talking to many different providers, we decided to go with Blankon Technology Solutions. Hendrik seemed to be a very smart & knowledgeable guy, who showed real interest in our idea and the business case behind it. We discussed the requirements and defined the first scope together and quickly found that Hendrik and his team were exactly the guys we were looking for.

They built the app from the ground up, all we had was our idea and a first algorithm to optimize prices. Hendrik chose Python/Django for our backend and AWS to host it, which was a great choice we're still super happy with today. His team set up the whole backend infrastructure as well as the user interface and admin console for us to manage things. They helped us make a plan and used Scrum to organize everything.

We have three people working for us now and are super happy with all of them. They're all Python/Django developers with deep AWS knowledge.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We as well as our clients and investors (we got more than 2 million funding already) are very happy. We're growing fast and have very high NPS scores. Our app is very reliable and automates a massive amount of calculations every hour, optimizing millions of revenue for our clients.

We use Slack for communication mainly, Google meets for bigger calls, and Jira to manage Scrum.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always go the extra mile and are always looking to get better and make sure they're delivering a great product and service. We have regular feedback meetings to discuss the process and how we can improve. I feel like we're always making good progress by working with them and I'm super happy about where we're now after 3 years.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, and whenever there were any issues, we discussed them in our regular feedback calls or hopped on a quick call. They even changed their working hours to match our German working hours, which is amazing!!

I am the product director for a home and local services marketplace in Southeast Asia. Customers use us to book home repairs and improvement services, and our tech will match their requirements to right vendors in our marketplace. We provide a mobile app for vendors to manage their jobs.

• Analyzing test results for errors, deviation from user flow, bugs, and usability

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our internal team at the time lacked the experience to create comprehensive test cases. But when they joined, we were able to improve the efficiency of test execution, and ensure wider coverage of user flow testing

We communicate through slack, jira, google drive. Communication was smooth and they were responsive.

They offer high-level QA at affordable prices, and the team was very flexible to varying requirements
