      Something else that separated Spire from others was their willingness to tell us when they thought we were wrong. As a former agency owner, I know how alluring it can be to say yes to clients, but that’s not how Spire worked. They firmly believed in trusting the data, and, when we wanted to go a different way, they wouldn’t budge. We had many frank conversations with their team, and they always left the decision up to us. I thought their feedback process was really impressive.
