The scope of work was MVP that enables nonprofits to collect, track, and manage donations and donors, donor to see their history of donation and possible tax calculation, with the goal to enable more transparency for donors. Providing Email notifications to donors and nonprofits each time a donation is paid.

Donors now have a clear view of their donation history and potential tax calculations. : Email notifications for donors and nonprofits upon each donation enable better communication and acknowledgment. Improved capability for nonprofits to collect, track, and manage donations seamlessly.

These outcomes highlight strides made towards transparency, donor engagement, and streamlined donation management, laid the groundwork for future iterations and enhancements based on user feedback, ensuring scalability and ongoing improvements.

Their project management was on point, consistently meeting deadlines with deliveries aligned well with our project schedule. Using ClickUp, they efficiently organized tasks, ensuring timely completion.Overall, their adept use of ClickUp, combined with effective email communication and Loom updates, ensured smooth project management, timely deliveries, and prompt support.

While I appreciate the push back on unnecessary or nice to have features to focus on most important once's. I would have liked to implement some of the nice to have features.

We had been using a third party ATS/client portal for our clients for close to 10 years and we decided by building our own it would give us greater flexibility on future development and improve service for our clients. The main feature we were looking for from the project was to be able to collect and display CV's for our client's vacancies, whilst giving them the ability to score, manage and contact candidates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the system last year, we've now been able to move all of our client's across to the ATS platform and have processed around 1000 live vacancies and have built a database of over 60,000 candidates.

AZKY have managed the project really well - we've had regular planning and update calls, initially on a weekly basis as agreed and this has now reduced as we've lowered the development work. They've always been very responsive, transparent on timings and have always met agreed deadlines.

Our experience has been great all around. Also, the biggest surprise for us has been how much they've achieved on a "no-code" platform. We initially were speaking with larger software development agencies, and what AZKY has built for us on Bubble, and for the price, has been really impressive.

We had regular check-ins to review progress together. These were closer to strategy sessions, with AZKY advising on functionality requirements that focus on solving the problem I was trying to solve. Key measurables were: 

• Working MVP at internal testing phase 
• First users signing up and using the product 
• Revenue generation

The product has evolved a lot since we started, and with that comes new deadlines and requirements. All deadlines and requirements have been met in a timely, well-communicated manner.

Honest feedback. They acted as a technical co-founder for me, advising when features need to be included and excluded - related to the problem we're trying to solve. Another company could have tried to charge me double and load in more work, which isn't needed.

Nothing major - I've had barely any fault with them in nearly two years.

Once this was completed we worked on a series of sprints together to update the platform in line with customer feedback with a shared goal of achieving product market fit.

Zubair and the AZKY team have always been in communication with me whether through email, ClickUp or scheduled online calls. FOr me as a non-technical founder this style of communication and project management removed a lot of the worry and stress associated with building a new product as I was always kept up to speed on where the project was at. On top of this, Zubair was always on hand to advise me on the development of the MVP and subsequent updates.

I really liked AZKY's style of project management which is why I am still happily building and scaling the product with the them.

The two things I found the most impressive about AZKY was 

1. The quality of the work: We had a working prototype which was a lot more advanced than I had expected in a far quicker time than expected. We were testing the platform very quickly and through a series of updates we now have a fully functioning platform which is generating revenue. 
2. Project Management: Zubair and his team are really fantastic to work with. They put everything into the project and don't hand anything over until they are happy with it. This attention to quality is really reassuring.

No, I am really happy with them and continue to work with them.
