We brought in 6B Digital to deliver a large-scale bespoke software development project — a new CRM and website that could handle our entire business process. Our old system was outdated and inefficient, and we needed something much more capable. The goal was to create a single, central platform that could manage customer enquiries, orders, finance, reporting, and communication between our franchises.

• Migration of complex, bespoke, database(s) and content from old platforms into a new OotB (insofar as possible) CMS 
• Depracation of old platforms 
• Discovery and design of all UI / UX features of new platform 
• Manage considerable unforeseen issues (associated with old tech being managed / migrated / reformed)

The delivery of the entire new platform on time (in a pressurised timetable), on budget, and to spec—including requiring their flexibility to apply time and resources to overcome issues rapidly.

Excellent. Timely delivery was a priority for this project requiring real, intense sprints managed closely between all parties—and the ability to scale when needed. Communication is excellent between teams, flexibility in addressing the unforeseen with legacy materials were fundamental to delivery.
