The project will deliver the prototype of VR Training Kit and a 3D online/cloud-based database. The Kit will contain virtual environments designed to facilitate EOD training, 3D models of explosive ordnances, EOD tools and other accessories. Furthermore, the project's function will be granted by various interactions accomodated for simulation of EOD processes. 

The project will also hold live demonstrations/rehearsals and workshops for the development of the VR Training prototype, with the support of the industry and the organizations and specialists involved in the development. The status of development progress and the final product will be introduced to the EOD Community during various events organized or supported by EOD COE.

• Ability to conduct tasks in virtual environment.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was outstanding. The communication was 10/10 at all times, able to quickly respond and also help with all the challenges that arose during the development, even in spite of the change of the PM during the year. The only issue was, that the project manager was not present during the project presentation and drafting the contract. Therefore, the delivered results varied from the original contract (not a big issue and was discussed properly afterwards)

Include project manager in the presentation of a project and in drafting a contract - would save lots of time and would provide better and earlier understanding of a project's needs

The scope primarily involves the provision of consulting and software development services to develop a system or application. This application is aimed at utilizing augmented reality to assist employees in fixing a broken check valve. 
• Objectives: Development of System(s)/Application: Develop the system(s) or application as per the project’s goal and objectives, utilizing the resources and services provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER. 
• Provision of Consulting Services: Offer necessary consulting services to the CLIENT for the effective development and implementation of the system(s) or application. 
• On-Site and Remote Service Delivery: Depending on mutual agreement, services may be delivered on-site or remotely, ensuring the effective development and implementation of the project. 
• Tasks & Responsibilities: 
  • Software Development: Develop the software code and associated documentation as per the agreed terms and objectives of the project. 
  • Intellectual Property Management: Manage and ensure the proper use of Open Source plug-ins, software, Assets, and Tools, and manage intellectual property rights associated with the project.
