Get a real-time quoteCustom CRM and business systems, built in the UK
Vivato (formerly Smashed Crab Software) is a UK software consultancy that designs, builds and supports custom CRM and business systems for established organisations whose work has outgrown spreadsheets or off-the-shelf tools.
We focus on the systems that run a business day to day, not just the sales pipeline: customer records, enquiries and quoting, orders, scheduling, delivery, service, customer portals and the integrations that connect them to finance, Microsoft 365 and the other tools your teams rely on.
Our in-house team of developers, analysts and QA works from offices in London, Sheffield and Hull. Since 2014 we have delivered more than 100 projects for clients including New Design Windows, Contego Environmental Services, the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, Hull College, TesTex and Komatsu.
Typical projects include replacing spreadsheets with a CRM built around existing processes; replacing legacy or unsupported CRMs without losing data or workflows; connecting CRM, finance and operational systems so data is entered once; customer and partner portals; and long-term support, hosting and continuous improvement.
Every project starts with business analysis, so scope, budget and priorities are agreed before build. Clients own their system, and we stay on to support and improve it. Microsoft Partner and Cyber Essentials certified.
