The distance between us was never a limitation, mainly because the function specs were built, and we had a technical lead on our side supporting Cylogy. Plus, we had daily standup meetings, and the work was getting done, so the distance didn’t make a difference. When we took them on, we didn’t know them other than through a recommendation, and they became part of our team.
