JLT-Lane performed well overall, and the engagement was a positive one. As with any technical project, there are always opportunities to make a strong process even better. One area for continued improvement could be providing even more detailed upfront documentation around timelines, technical milestones, and implementation sequencing, particularly as project needs evolve. That would create even greater visibility across stakeholders and make progress tracking even easier.
