Fluent English language skills of all staff members I was dealing with. Despite the company's German and Polish roots, everyone member of the team I deal with (management, various developers, usability experts, marketing specialists, etc.) all had a super strong English language ability.

The updates were saved to SharePoint so that they could be easily accessed by any member of the project. Updates from the project manager that were provided to the general managers of the milk marketing boards were detailed, timely and professionally presented. The project manager was extremely diligent in tracking every aspect of the schedule for the project. Risks to the project were identified early and mitigation strategies were put into place.
