Our technical stack is ASP.NET Core, Azure, Angular, GitLab.

All site performance indicators show improvement and we had over than 20% increase in orders month-over-month. Our development approach was reviewed and established the new one, which increased a predictability of releases.

We accepted every second candidate who was presented and it’s cool engagement in needs of customers. Devox has managed with finding team lead and senior dev team member with strong experience in money transferring and it brought a great value in architecture vision and separate product features fulfillment.
I’d like to stress the onboarding process organization and integration newcomers into project approach because it was excellent in all sense. From the early days, every new team member has been involved in client business history, our mission, current plans and project tech details. Good job!

I’ve fully relied on Devox consulting in regards to the SDLC model, analysis approach, and development flow, and from my perspective, it was the right decision. Technologies we applied: JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, React, MySQL, ML, NLP, Neural Network, Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Redux, Amazon RDS.
To be honest, I am not good at all technical and development process details, however, I consider it as a high-level service without my non-technical engagement. Still, I was always informed about the business part of my project. I can’t say that I feel some miscommunication or lack of feedback exchange.
Devox has a customer-oriented approach at a high level, which fulfills my professional needs.

We have launched the MVP version of the platform after 6 months and in accordance with the planned terms. It helped me to work with all the business hypotheses that in turn provided me with the expected results. We’re moving from pre-seed to A round of investments, hence, my idea is alive and delivering.

We used Jira as a project management tool, the communication aspect has been supported via MS Teams. Generally, the tool-set was relevant. We used Agile methodology as a major with a Scrum approach. The team's planning, sprints, and task reviews are high.

Firstly, I would say account management – is really the strongest non-technical advantage making the company acceptable for the different types of customers. Secondly, is the depth of their engagement and finally, I would suggest the transparency of planning and fulfilling process in development. Good Job!

I am unaware of any significant issues, which might have to require improvement.

We were in need of creating a new ticketing system, with 3-level support architecture, SLAs management, team management, ticket tracking, notification, etc. Our previous solution was quite old and inflexible. Furthermore, our business has changed significantly in the last few years, so it was necessary to reset the core solution. We considered both options – upgrade the old or redevelop the new Service. The last approach looked more attractive and should give us more basis for future improvement.

We interviewed up to 10 different companies that had met tech requirements, mostly from Eastern Europe. It was vital for us to find a service partner, not just a vendor. The team would provide consultancy services for us as well as get development is done. Apart from that, Devox values are really close to ours, and it is always a pleasure to be on one page with your partner while crucial decisions are being made.

We were quite well aware of what solution we needed and how it should work. We’ve provided Devox with detailed tech requirements and business processes overview. Devox started from the initiation phase and created basic UX/UI products, flows, mockups, etc. Having got the final approval, they managed to develop the 1st and the 2nd releases. It took us almost a year.
In addition, I would admit the approach that the Devox team has suggested. When I was provided with the detailed backlog and Release plans, the project forecast, as well as business plans, appeared more understandable and manageable. Such a simple step made me realize dark spots in the project delivery phases, hence, resolving all impediments in advance.

Devox Software team has done a brilliant job and we are in the progress of other features development. The main goal is to reduce the time to market we needed to get us ready for the market expansion. It was a critical metric for us because the LMS domain has been significantly growing due to the COVID pandemic.

Absolutely overwhelming technical expertise compared to other vendors we were contacting to. The first meeting with the team demonstrated their full involvement and experience in product development, they did precise requirements analysis and made a set of assumptions that totally correspond to our vision. Top-managers supervision to onboard the team, prerequisites preparations, analysis, and understandable timeframes. Transparent recruitment process and HR support of the dedicated team.

We were using the Scrumban methodology. We divided the whole scope into 4 parallel threads: business analysis, DevOps, Development, and QA. First, in the scope of the discovery phase, we worked closely with the business analyst and plus with the UI\UX designer. As a result, we had a fully created backlog, wireframes, and UI\UX design. It makes it possible to start working on committable estimation by the development team. Then, sprint-by-sprint was a software development phase with DevOps (responsible for CI\CD and cloud hosting). Development is accompanied by QA. Tech stack: • MEAN stack • GitHub Actions • GCP

We don’t have metrics or statistics as we have just recently launched the platform. However, I can say that they did a great job, and they were very patient throughout the project. I would like to highlight that it seemed the Devox Software team thinks two steps ahead and are ready for any uncertainties from the business side. So that delivery was smooth, namely matches everything that we needed from the beginning.

Devox Software's communication was one of the best parts of working with them. For me, it was critical to understand all major aspects. Sometimes they politely explained me things twice, not giving up until I got everything correctly. We were using their corporate MS Teams for videoconferences, our Slack for chatting, and our Jira+Confluence for task management and document sharing.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was a trifle afraid of having a remote team that is potentially risky from the perspective of the control you don’t have. However, the discovery and delivery phases were as transparent as possible. I always knew who was keeping busy. They didn’t procrastinate, and they were great at following up with me. Indeed, some business ideas are given by the team, or they are asking us the right questions that correlate and direct the business, even strategically.
