After the first workshop, which was challenging and struggled to keep on track (due to a disruptive team member on our side), Mike reached out to have a call to share the event, debrief and talk about how it didn't go as planned, and how they would specifically prepare a little differently and manage the next session for greater success.

Before our testing efforts, they’ve told me that there are a lot of moving parts so we might need to wait for weeks to get things right. Despite the project being complicated, our testing efforts have proven the team’s capabilities. Thanks to their solutions-oriented approach, we’ve successfully solved the hurdles we’ve faced along the way. We also like that they’re always open and willing to explore anything.
