As the project champion I would be copied on emails from Orangefiery, with the team lead as the week-to-week contact. We had a monthly call with both myself and my team lead with Mike and Diana. Would share in emails where we were in terms of progress against the goals stated in the SOW.

Motto was able to identify who we really are as a company and help us own it, and a big part of that was the in-depth 'Brand Discovery Workbook' they had us go through in the beginning of the project. They skillfully used the material they had to work with and brought out the unique stuff that makes us who we are. No fluff and hoopla, just authenticity. 2. Secondly, their thoroughness and on-time delivery. We had to deal with a pandemic, which was centered in NYC, where Motto is headquartered, and government shutdowns and regulations, during our project. In spite of all of this, Motto kept their word and did what they said they would do. Bravo, and hats off to them for their heroic effort.

We’re messaging and emailing them on a daily basis, and we have weekly or bi-weekly calls depending on the time of year and how much is going on. It’s been a good experience. Our teams stay aligned on different promotions and things we’re running. We've always been able to reach them easily, resolve anything in a timely manner, and get pretty immediate results. If any issues come up, they're on top of them 24/7.
