Initially, our project management approach wasn’t working optimally because we had two project managers, Shaheen and an internal project manager, who co-created the plan, so we had to coordinate two people. Eventually, we found a happy medium. Giving an onboarding plan a bit of time is good and normal. Once the team settled, we picked up the work fairly quickly.

3.0 Dec 5, 2019KOISRA Co. was a really good partner. Their team was really approachable and quick to answer even if it was nighttime there. Their leaders are intelligent and have a deep understanding of dealing with Israelian companies. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to operate in Korea, since it’s a totally different mentality that’s very traditional. Several things in the sales scripts had to be changed in order to cater to the Korean population. The majority of students we had were of an older generation, which didn’t know any English and have very high expectations when it comes to business. For example, they want everything delivered within 48 hours directly to their door. KOISRA Co. handled deliveries on time and created a smooth business relationship with us. They were a friendly team and everything was great.

We set out from the start to make it feel as though we were on the same team working together with open communication. Jason was great at being the quarterback for the flow of conversation. If we needed to talk to somebody on the team, those communication channels were open and available at any time. We were open to sit in on daily and weekly sprint meetings when required or if requested. Vertical Motion always promptly addressed any interaction. They were the right people to work with. They didn’t treat us like the traditional client. The treated us as team members, which was critically important in our situation. We were all in it together figuring out the most efficient way to do it. They were open and receptive to collaboration.
