• Number of Partnerships Formed: Track the number of new partnerships and collaborations established between private companies, investors, and government entities facilitated by Greenwise Consulting.
• Implementation of Climate Actions: Assess the number of climate-positive projects initiated or supported due to private sector engagement, along with the scope and scale of these projects.

Greenwise Consulting demonstrated effective project management throughout the "Development of Private Sector Engagement Strategy" project. Here are key aspects of their project management and responsiveness:

• Timely Delivery of Deliverables: Greenwise Consulting adhered to the established timeline for deliverables. The situational analysis report was delivered by March 15, 2024, as scheduled. The final private sector engagement strategy report is on track for completion by the target date in June 2024. Whereas, the report is lil bit late, not because of the consultant, but because waiting the feedback from the ministry/
• Quality and Consistency: The reports and presentations were prepared with clarity, accuracy, and consistency, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, following GGGI’s formatting guidelines. This attention to detail ensured that all stakeholders could understand and utilize the information effectively.
• Responsiveness to Needs: Greenwise Consulting maintained regular check-ins and a flexible schedule to address any emerging needs or concerns promptly. Their open communication channels ensured that any issues were quickly identified and resolved, facilitating smooth project progression.

• Expertise and Experience: Their team included seasoned experts with over a decade of experience in climate finance and related fields. This deep understanding of the climate finance landscape, including multilateral and bilateral funds and the Green Climate Fund mechanism, was instrumental in developing a robust private sector engagement strategy.
• Effective Communication and Responsiveness: Greenwise Consulting's commitment to maintaining regular check-ins and flexibility in scheduling showcased their dedication to client needs. Their ability to deliver clear, accurate, and consistent reports in both Bahasa Indonesia and English further underscored their professionalism and attention to detail.

Although Greenwise Consulting established strong partnerships, they could further enhance stakeholder engagement by organizing more frequent workshops or interactive sessions. These sessions could facilitate better understanding and collaboration between private sector entities, investors, and government agencies. 

Moreover, Greenwise Consulting could improve the dissemination of their findings and strategies by using multiple channels, including webinars, social media, and industry conferences. This would increase the visibility and impact of their work and attract more private sector participants.
