They’re always engaged with me, so I never need to wait very long to receive a response. We’re connected and communicating on Trello and Freelancer, the platform where I discovered them. On Trello, we can track their progress and express new tasks we need from them. Sometimes, I need to share videos and voice notes with their team through Skype as well. The business manager was in all of our meetings and very responsive to our problems. They always kept me posted and attended all of my requested meetings eager to understand relevant problems. I’m very well-connected with their team. It’s definitely hard to lose a client with that level of attentiveness.
