The scope was to automate our dashboard reporting utilizing our existing budgets and actual financial information in Quickbooks Online. 

The key deliverables were as follows:

• Automate flow of data from Quickbooks Online to Microsoft Power BI
• Recreate Excel Monthly Operating Report in Microsoft Power BI
• Ensure no manual intervention is needed for reports to operate
• Ensure that new properties, when added to Quickbooks Online, are also added to Microsoft Power BI
• Recreate Excel model in Power BI that uses the Monthly Operating Report to forecast account balances at end of the year

Monthly reviews have provided an opportunity to assess progress, make adjustments, and ensure alignment with project goals.

With Power BI, users can now quickly visualize and interact with millions of records, analyzing key metrics and KPIs in real-time. What once took significant time to process is now streamlined, enabling fast, on-demand report generation and deeper insights

By integrating HubSpot's ticketing system with the modernized ERP, we achieved a significant reduction in both development and maintenance costs. This streamlined approach not only optimized support processes but also minimized ongoing system upkeep, contributing to long-term cost efficiency.

Task completion time was significantly reduced by implementing an intuitive dashboard, allowing quick access to KPIs and streamlined report generation. This improvement boosts productivity and enables users to focus on critical decision-making.

The new route designer enables managers to effortlessly create and optimize routes for drivers, cutting down on planning time and boosting operational efficiency.

An improved batch generation process allows managers to spend less time on manual tasks, increasing productivity and enabling them to focus on higher-value activities.

The project management team has demonstrated strong performance in delivering items within the established timelines. They adhered to the sprint-based approach, which helped break down the work into manageable chunks and allowed for consistent progress. While there were a few minor delays in specific sprints, these were addressed quickly, and the overall timeline remained largely intact. The monthly review meetings ensured that any issues were identified early and resolved promptly, minimizing delays. Based on my experience, they demonstrated strong project management capabilities, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach that consistently ensured our needs were met.

What we found most impressive about this company was their communication throughout the entire project. From the initial discovery phase to the execution of the work in sprints, they prioritized keeping all of our team informed and involved.

While Appech Solutions LLC performed admirably in many areas, there are a few opportunities for improvement that could make future projects even more successful:
While their sprint-based approach was generally effective, there were times when task estimates were slightly off, either under- or over-scoping certain deliverables.
