In early 2016, we did a complete overhaul of the website and the materials to give everything a new look. That took a lot of discussion and explanation. They were great. In my experience, an agency that’s been with us for a long time sometimes has difficulty moving away from their original design. I really appreciated working with them on the relaunch because they listened and changed everything according to our discussions.

Every project exhibited extreme quality, and we received it before time or on time and definitely within budget. The other thing that stood out for me the most, the reason why Sur-Ryl is our preferred marketing firm, is because although they have many other clients, the professional service that they provided us made us feel that we were their only client. They always anticipated our needs. It seemed that they knew what we needed before we knew we needed it, and I think that's what stood out the most for me.

I've worked with other designers in the past. After giving them an idea, we either received back exactly what we specified, with no creativity put in, or received an interpretation made without really listening to what we wanted. Design Womb's principal was very easy to work with. During our initial conversations, she showed great enthusiasm and shared our vision for the design. She is able to give us many different designs to choose from and she has a lot of enthusiasm for our work. By the time we are shown the second or third round of designs, we will have a wide range of options. Design Womb's designer listens to what we want but also adds her own style.
