Fab Fours | Managed Marketing Services
Fab Fours, a world-leading truck & Jeep bumper & accessories manufacturer, has experienced exponential growth which comes with its own set of new challenges. They needed a partner to help them audit their current customer service, sales, and marketing processes and provide streamlined solutions to respond to product questions and communicate with the end-user.
After a pivot session with HAVEN, the Fab Fours team was able to define their key differentiators, personas and new campaign messaging. HAVEN then got to work putting together a plan to automate Fab Fours’ customer service, sales and marketing processes in order to provide real-time, measurable reporting to the management team.
The solution relied heavily on the Hubspot platform using the Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. By using Hubspot Forms and Chatbot integrations, HAVEN was able to direct all customer service requests to the Hubspot Service Hub and create tickets with priority ratings based on the nature of the question or issue. This solution allowed for the customer service team to reply to all requests in a timely manner and directly in the Hubspot platform.

Spiroflow | Digital Marketing & PR
Spiroflow, a global bulk material manufacturing organization, had recently rebranded and built a new website, but with limited internal resources, they didn’t have an effective strategy to build brand awareness or their monthly leads. The leads that were coming in, were not high value and produced little return on their marketing spend.
In January of 2018, HAVEN took over and began managing all of Spiroflow’s US marketing, advertising and branding initiatives. Through our pivot planning session, Spiroflow defined their target audience, key differentiators and key messaging. They also defined and adopted a new brand story, brand pillars and company core values.
From there, we launched a new advertising campaign in print and digital media to increase brand awareness. Using targeted digital, print, and email nurture campaigns, they drilled down on specific audiences to reintroduce Spiroflow’s new brand to the market.

Town of Weddington Branding
HAVEN facilitated the re-brand of the Town of Weddington. Aside from being a rural area outside of Charlotte, the community didn’t have much of a story to tell. HAVEN helped Weddington unlock its unique position within Union County to become, Rural Living Redesigned - a community for those looking to escape the city but still enjoy the finer things. A new digital newsletter accompanied the redesign and the community increased brand awareness over 125%.

Waxhaw Volunteer Fire Department Video
HAVEN produced this recruitment video for the Waxhaw Volunteer Fire Department. The goal was to highlight everyday heroes, including a local restaurant owner who is also a volunteer firefighter, to show that anybody can step up and become a hero.
This video won First Place from the North Carolina City & Council Communicators for Best Video Production.

Town of Newtown Branding
Newtown’s goal was to develop a brand platform to strategically position the Town of Newtown as an economic center for small businesses and families.
HAVEN delivered a comprehensive report and brand book which provided the fundamental elements to strategically position the Town of Newtown as a great place for families and small businesses to thrive. “Unique by nature” became the town’s tagline with supporting brand pillars of historic, eco-conscious and inclusive by nature.

Gaston SAVES | Community Outreach Program
HAVEN developed a strategic communications campaign called Gaston SAVES (Safety, Awareness, Vital Emergency Support). While it was initiated to address the COVID-19 crisis, the campaign was designed to be evergreen so that it could be used to provide resources in any emergency situation. The campaign was layered with several key messages. The first of which was “Mask Together”, an educational push to promote mask-wearing. Once flu season started in the Fall of 2020, the marketing narratives shifted to include COVID-19 vs. flu education. In January of 2021, additional messaging and visuals, COVID Stops with Me, was layered into the campaign to educate the community on the COVID-19 vaccination. The initial launch of Gaston SAVES included the development of a dedicated website that was built on a content management platform with marketing automation software. HAVEN also designed supporting creative marketing assets and managed the advertising buys to extend the reach.
The Gaston SAVES website is the go-to resource for county COVID-19 information and has reduced the strain on the County’s internal resources. Since the launch of Gaston SAVES, the website has received more than 100,000 site visits and added more than 20,500 contacts to the database. There were more than 6.1 million impressions through paid media efforts for COVID-19 education. Because the website was built using marketing automation software, the team has real-time campaign reporting (proven results) and a database of contacts that can be easily segmented by location, age, etc. allowing the county officials to quickly and efficiently disseminate critical information to the appropriate target audiences.
The flexibility of the campaign platform has proved to be a valuable resource during the ever-changing needs of communicating information during the pandemic and beyond.
