Disruptive can adapt. This is indeed what was most impressive about them. Too many agencies will run the same playbook over and over again and expect the same results. With Disruptive, they could pivot strategies quickly and make adjustments that fit our business model. We are a SaaS business, so the market was much different in 2021 than in 2023.
