We often would get last-minute requests from leadership and the team was extremely responsive. Sometimes timelines would drag because the team was overly optimistic about how much time a deliverable would take, but they were flexible with priorities when needed and ultimately made sure they were working on what was going to get results.

      Web Talent Marketing’s project management skills are amazing. We have a group set up to communicate through Slack. We also use emails and phone calls. They schedule weekly meetings with us. I meet with them every Monday, our communication group meets with them every Tuesday, and we have a group meeting between multiple departments every Wednesday. We have a lot of different touchpoints with them, and they are always flexible. Their team is always willing to move their schedule around to meet our needs.
