Jason displayed an action plan and constantly communicates changes and plans. He came highly recommended from a local networking group and we know continue to grow my portfolio with additional projects.

We have created numerous campaigns, but focus the most of our efforts on Google placement and Ad Words.

We've also executed a new website that has a more flexible and controllable infrastructure to help adapt to what Google looks for and needs in a website.

We are small business. It is myself and depending on the time of year, maybe a second person.

Yes, I can. Every month we compare the MTD previous year to make sure we are on track. Additionally, we revisit our campaign monthly to insure we stay on track. We also filter our quality of leads.

Jason's project management style is tastefully aggressive and efficient. Timelines used are based off of the needs of my organization and goals.

Power Train Sports & Fitness is a sports performance and individualized training company. With 17 locations across 5 states, we serve a wide variety of clients from ages 10-90 years old. Originally, we hired Jason Shaffer Group to optimize our web, and SEO performance. When the 2020 global pandemic began in March, the fitness industry took a massive hit, which ultimately affected our Power Train facilities and overall business model.

In August 2020, we began developing an online video platform to adapt to the workout from home trend. Jason Shaffer Group took on the development of this entire project which included transitioning Power Train's Wordpress site to an e-commerce membership platform.

Jason Shaffer Group was referred to us by another client. After meeting with the founder, Jason, discussed our goals, his process and he prepared improvements that would assist in our business goals. The decision to hire Jason Shaffer Group was not difficult as we were confident in Jason Shaffer Group's proven success.

Jason Shaeffer Group completely revitalized and reorganized our very out of date Wordpress website, then developed and transitioned powertrainsports.com to a membership based, e-commerce platform with the integration of PayPal.

In doing so, Jason Shaffer group also advised in the transition of our domain registrar to improve service, speed and quality. Additionally, JSG designed and developed a new lead popup form on our website which collects over 60% of our web leads among many other things.

I worked exclusively with Jason Shaffer, founder of JSG, LLC.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the first development project, JSG increased site traffic with higher click-through rates, lowered bounce rates and there was notable success with search results. At this point, JSG has met and gone above and beyond all expectations.

JSG offers superb communication skills and from my experience, adapts to the needs of their clients and organizational tools. In terms of tools and timelines for Power Train, we worked predominately through the G-Suite utilizing Google Calendar, Sheets and Gmail as that worked best for our company's organization.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The consistent and clear communication, patience and attention to detail, and commitment to their client's work has been most impressive. Amongst many requests, changes, updates, obstacles and more, JSG perseveres and always provides the desired outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this point, I have no suggestions as JSG has been a great vendor and has significantly improved our web experience.

We are not your normal retail shop. We have a very niche market in the woodworking industry. Giving Jason an education on who were are and what we do and all the key words needed was the main scope of the project. He took it from there.

We work one on one with Jason. He is incredibly responsive and always willing to travel here to have a meeting with me.

Since implementing the SEO campaign for RT, we are heading to the top and watching our numbers grow.

I am the Showroom Manager for L & L Window Fashions. We are a custom window treatment showroom in Harrisburg, PA. I am in charge of the behind-the-scenes operation including marketing and advertising.

We hired Jason for SEO. We had been with our previous SEO company for several years and felt we were not getting enough results for the amount we were paying per month.

Jason and Lois Shank (the owner of L & L Window Fashions) are both part of LeTip Harrisburg Metro, a professional Leads Organization. Jason had been highly recommended by many members of the group. And, we also wanted to go with someone local. Our other SEO company was located in a different state. We liked the personal one-on-one service a local business would provide.

Jason did a review of current SEO, our website, and our Google Analytics. He put together a package that he thought would best improve our rankings for our desired budget.

What was the team composition?

While the Jason Shaffer group does have other employees, we always deal with Jason directly usually be email or either in person (at LeTip) or by phone.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our previous SEO company said we were ranking number one for our keywords, but they were using words/phrases that our customers were not searching for. Jason put together a much better list of keywords that pertained directly to our business and more importantly, our local area. We work directly in customer's homes, so our keywords need to be focused on the surrounding area near our showroom.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communicating with Jason is incredibly easy. Most of our communications are via email, which is what we prefer. Jason is right on top of thing. Our Google listing got spammed with false reviews once and Jason called us within MINUTES of those reviews going live.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most SEO takes at least a few months to see results. Jason started us with a six month contract so his company would have the appropriate amount of time to work on our site and build our rankings. He said we would probably start to see minor results within three months. We signed our contract with Jason in November 2017. Right after the start of the year in 2018, our business leads increased dramatically! We did not change anything else with our business except switching SEO companies. Our industry normally has a slower season in January and February. We started 2018 off by being very busy and the leads continue to roll in!

I can't think of any area of improvement. We've loved working with Jason. I've even referred his company to two family members with small businesses.
