The client services director has been exceptional in keeping me updated with the progress of their work. Another thing I like about Click Digital Solutions is their traditional way of handling communication. When I speak with them on the phone, I communicate with an actual person who addresses my needs, not just a middleman who raises a support ticket.

The team responds to any queries quickly and efficiently. If he is unavailable he will tell me when he can answer queries. He has always been professional and approachable, even when I have asked a lot of questions and I'm sure he has other clients to work with. The end result is amazing. I also know that if I have any technical issues, he will be the person I would approach in the future. I find Toby's approachability the most impressive aspect of his company. He clearly knows a great deal more than me, hence me contacting him on the first place. However, he is accessible and that is so important in my opinion.
