I always tell my other vendors that, if they’re talking to TechMD, they’re talking to us. They’re one of the few vendors that I rarely refer to as a vendor; I almost always refer to them as a partner, because that’s really what they are. In general, much of the feedback is anecdotal. A lot of people fear having to make the call and ask for help with whatever it is, but I never hear that from my staff. They’ll sometimes tell us that TechMD is still working on the problem, but that it’s been great working with them.

It is rare that a deadline cannot be achieved, however, if that happens, I know about it WELL in advance and the reasons why the deadline had to be adjusted. Communication.
