However, The TNS Group works hard to mitigate that. We usually communicate through email. After we send the ticket, we go into a queue. Then, someone calls us and works with us. Depending on the issue, they’ll log in remotely or do whatever they need. First, our two representatives are fantastic. They’re personable, responsive, and available to us. Also, getting to know some of the staff who works on issues, I’ve seen that they try extremely hard to work a problem until it’s resolved.
