Since the new form launched, we’ve been getting a lot of new applications to the program, which makes me think that the process we implemented really improved the overall accessibility of that form. We’ve also seen an increase in visitors, but I would like to continue that trend and also improve our tracking capabilities. They do a really good job managing our communication and timelines throughout the work. Progress was always tracked very accurately, and they followed through on all of their projected deadlines for every task that we assigned to them.
