BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
We are a Home Healthcare Agency
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
One of the hardest parts of our day was dealing with schedule changes. A caregiver might become unavailable, a client could need an extra visit, or the hours for an existing case could change. The information itself wasn't complicated, but coordinating it across calls, messages, calendars, and separate records took far too much staff time. We hired SoftDoes to build an internal system that would give our coordinators a live view of client coverage and caregiver availability instead of constantly reconstructing the schedule manually.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The main deliverable was a browser-based operations system for our office team. The schedule is at the center of it. Coordinators can see upcoming visits, assigned caregivers, open shifts, availability conflicts, and changes that still need confirmation. If someone calls out, we can work from the open shift instead of checking several calendars to figure out who may be available. Each client also has an operational record with their recurring schedule, service requirements, assigned caregivers, contacts, important notes, and recent visit history. On the caregiver side, we can track availability, current assignments, completed visits, and documents that need attention. SoftDoes added alerts for things such as an uncovered shift or an upcoming document expiration so those issues don't depend on somebody remembering to check them. They also built a matching view that helps coordinators narrow down possible caregivers based on availability and the requirements of the client. The final assignment is still made by our team; the software just makes the information much easier to compare.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We looked specifically at schedule changes because that was where we felt the most friction before the project. For an ordinary same-day replacement, our coordinators used to spend around 25-30 minutes checking availability and contacting people. After the new workflow had been in use for a while, we were usually getting to the right group of available caregivers in about 10-15 minutes. We also saw roughly a 40% reduction in the internal calls and messages related purely to confirming who was assigned where. Another improvement was uncovered shifts. During the first two months after rollout, the number of cases that were still unresolved by the end of the previous business day was about 30% lower than during the comparable period before launch. Those are operational numbers, but they matter to us because less time spent chasing the schedule means more time speaking with clients and caregivers.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
A lot of our feedback happened while looking at an actual weekly schedule. We would pull up a situation from the previous few days and ask, essentially, “What would we have done here?” That exposed problems much faster than reviewing feature lists. There were several occasions where SoftDoes changed something that was technically working because our coordinators were taking too many clicks to complete a common action. They were very practical about that.
What was your primary form of communication with SoftDoes?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They didn't try to automate every decision. Caregiver scheduling includes judgment. Two people can both be available and still not be equally appropriate for a particular client. SoftDoes understood that distinction. Instead of building a system that pretended to make the decision for us, they made the relevant information easier to see and left the final call with our coordinators. I appreciated that because it made the software fit the way home care actually works rather than forcing the team into a rigid workflow.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
The mobile experience for our office staff could have been addressed earlier. Desktop was our main priority, so that is where most of the early work went. Once we started using the system, we realized that coordinators also check schedules from their phones more often than we had expected. SoftDoes improved the responsive version later in the project, but I would put that higher on the priority list if we started again.

Please describe your company and position.
I am the Marketing manager of a marketing agency.
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Marketing angency working with package inserts.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
Our problem was the handoff between marketing, partner management, and campaign operations. A campaign could be commercially agreed but still be waiting on artwork, tracking details, a partner confirmation, or a different version of the offer. Everyone knew their own part, but getting the full picture usually meant asking around. We brought SoftDoes in to turn that process into an actual product instead of continuing to manage it through a mix of spreadsheets and messages.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The platform follows a campaign from setup to distribution. When we create one, the team adds the advertiser, offer, campaign dates, required formats, tracking information, and the partners or placements involved. From there, each part has its own status, so we can tell immediately whether something is ready or what is holding it up. SoftDoes also created a partner directory that keeps previous and current campaign activity together. That was important for us because we work with recurring partners and needed more than a simple contact database. Creative management is built into the workflow as well. Files have versions and approval states, which means the team isn't relying on filenames like “final_final_v2” to decide what should actually go out. They added reporting views for the marketing team and a restricted external view where partners can pick up the materials intended for them or provide what we are waiting for.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Before this, preparing a campaign for distribution could easily stretch over two or three working days even when nothing was technically wrong. A lot of that time was just waiting for someone to confirm which version, partner, or tracking setup was correct. For our standard campaigns, that is now usually done within a day. We also used to spend around four hours a week reconciling campaign information before reporting. That is closer to 60-90 minutes now. The other number I personally watch is asset corrections. We had several cases in the quarter before launch where an outdated file had to be replaced after it was already shared internally or with a partner. In the following quarter, we only had one.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
They released the product in pieces, so marketing could use a new workflow while the next one was still being built. Sometimes we changed our minds after trying something with a real campaign, and they were fine adjusting it. There wasn't much ceremony around the process, which suited us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were good at separating what sounded important in a meeting from what actually mattered when someone was trying to launch a campaign at 4 PM. One example was the campaign overview. Our first instinct was to show almost everything there. After watching how we used it, their team pushed us to keep only the information that answers three questions: what's ready, what's blocked, and who needs to do something.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
I would probably involve one of our partner managers earlier if we were doing it again. Most of the initial feedback came from marketing and operations, so a few partner-specific details surfaced later than they needed to. SoftDoes handled the changes without a problem, but we could have saved a round of revisions by bringing that person into the first workshops.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
We had too many separate places where work was being managed. A person might check one system for a document, another for an approval, and then message someone to find out the current status. By end of 2025 this was eating up a surprising amount of time every week. We brought SoftDoes in to put the main parts of that process into one web platform and clean up some of the older workflows at the same time.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
SoftDoes created the main web portal, moved our existing records into it, connected several tools we still needed to keep, and set up different access levels for our team. Projects, documents, approvals, notifications, and reporting all sit inside the same system now. We also added custom dashboards during development because different people on our team needed very different information when they logged in. The data migration was probably the least visible part of the project, but it was a big one for us. We had quite a lot of historical information and couldn't afford to lose or mix anything up during the move.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We compared a few things about two months after launch. Routine tasks that used to take around 15-20 minutes were averaging closer to 9-10 minutes. That's roughly a 40% improvement. We also saw internal questions related to access, status, and finding documents drop by about 35%. Across the team, we're saving approximately 8-10 hours a week on work that was basically just looking for information or moving it from one place to another. Those numbers were better than we expected.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We had a weekly call, a working version to test, and a clear list of what was coming next. If we found something during testing, we'd send it over and usually get a response pretty quickly. We added a couple of things after development had already started, including the dashboards. SoftDoes gave us the impact on timing and cost, we made the call, and the work continued. No drama around it.
What was your primary form of communication with SoftDoes?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Probably how quickly they understood the annoying little parts of the process. A few things we mentioned almost casually during calls ended up being fixed in the product because their team understood why they were causing problems. Those weren't necessarily the biggest features, but people on our side noticed them immediately.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
Nothing I'd call out. We were happy with both the work and how the project was handled.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
Too many routine updates were landing in the engineering backlog. Our internal teams regularly needed to create new pages, update existing materials, change layouts, or publish time-sensitive content. Even minor requests required developer involvement, and some of them waited several days before anyone could get to them. We asked SoftDoes to build a web- based tool that would give approved team members more control over this work.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
SoftDoes built a browser-based management tool for creating, editing, reviewing, and publishing content. Different teams have different permissions, so contributors can prepare changes, managers can review them, and only authorized users can publish. The system also keeps a version history, supports reusable components, and shows exactly what changed between drafts. SoftDoes connected the tool to several services already used by our teams and created a preview environment where changes can be checked before they go live. The interface had to remain simple because many of its users are not technical. That part took several rounds of testing, but the final version is easy to learn.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The effect on our engineering queue was clear within the first two months. Requests for routine content updates dropped by approximately 45%. The average turnaround time for publishing approved changes went from two or three business days to a few hours. Our internal teams now complete about 70% of these updates without developer support. We have also been able to reassign engineering time to larger product work that had previously been delayed by smaller requests.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We worked in short development cycles and reviewed a usable version at the end of each one. That made feedback fairly simple. We could point to a screen, explain what felt confusing, and usually see the correction in the next build. Their team responded quickly and kept a clear record of decisions, open items, and upcoming releases.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were very good at deciding what should stay simple. The permission system and publishing logic became fairly complex behind the scenes, but users do not have to think about any of that. Most people can open the tool and understand what to do without a long training session. That balance was difficult to get right, and SoftDoes handled it well. I would recommend SoftDoes without hesitation; they delivered a reliable tool that reduced our engineering workload and SoftDoes? gave our internal teams much more control over everyday updates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
No. We do not have any questions or concerns about the project or the way it was delivered.

Our registration process had become harder to manage than it should have been. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
SoftDoes updated the architecture of our tournament and registration system and rebuilt the parts that were causing the most problems for staff and participating teams. The work covered team registration, roster submissions, eligibility checks, document uploads, payment status, tournament approvals, and communication between the national office and local associations.
They also created separate dashboards for administrators and event organizers, so each group sees the information relevant to them. Another important piece was data migration. We had years of records that could not simply be left behind, so the team moved that information into the new structure and checked it carefully before launch.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Registration reviews are much quicker now, and staff no longer have to compare several forms to confirm the same information. The average time required to process a tournament application dropped by about 35%. Incomplete submissions also decreased by roughly 25% after the new forms and validation rules were introduced.
The most noticeable change during the first registration period was the number of questions we did not receive. Teams were able to complete more of the process without contacting our staff for help.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
SoftDoes divided the work into releases, which allowed our staff and several local users to test each part before it went live. Issues were documented clearly, and we normally received an answer the same day when something needed attention.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They understood that the people using the system would have very different levels of technical experience. SoftDoes paid attention to that and kept simplifying the forms until they worked for both groups.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest difference was how quickly the app became part of everyone's routine. We didn't have to encourage people to use it or remind anyone to switch over. Feedback after launch was positive, support requests stayed low, and the overall rollout was much smoother than we expected. The app launched successfully, our team enjoyed working with them, and I'd be happy to build another product together.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
I don't remember waiting around for answers, and that's usually what people notice first during a software project. We looked at new builds regularly, discussed changes while they were still easy to make, and always knew what was coming next.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
One thing I noticed pretty early was that they weren't afraid to disagree. Sometimes we'd suggest an idea and instead of saying "sure," they'd explain why another approach might work better. A few of those conversations completely changed parts of the app, and I think they made the final product stronger.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
Nothing significant comes to mind.

SoftDoes developed a platform for a unified API provider. The platform covered most of the client's operations team's daily tasks, including tracking requests, approvals, reports, and ongoing initiatives.
SoftDoes' platform made it easier for the client to find information, and internal reporting is 40% faster. The team was responsive, and the client always knew who to contact if something came up. SoftDoes also provided valuable input and suggestions to improve the project.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
We are the unified API for sending messages across SMS, WhatsApp and others.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
We had quite a few internal tools already, but they didn't really work well together. It wasn't a huge problem at first, but over time we started wasting too much time checking updates, moving information around, and following up on things that should have been automatic. We wanted one place where our teams could manage all of that more easily.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The final platform covers most of what our operations team uses during the day. We can track requests, approvals, reports and ongoing initiatives without jumping between different tools. It also pulls information together automatically, which removed quite a bit of repetitive work.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our teams spend less time asking each other for updates, reporting no longer feels like a separate task, and information is simply easier to find. Looking at the numbers, internal reporting became around 40% faster, while handling recurring operational requests improved by about 30%.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
I always knew who to contact if something came up, and I never felt like we were waiting days for an answer. A few things changed as the project moved forward, which is pretty normal, and none of that turned into a problem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
SoftDoes never tried to convince us that every idea was a good one. Sometimes we'd suggest something, they'd ask a few questions, and together we'd realize there was an easier way to solve it.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
I don't really have any complaints.

SoftDoes designed and developed a web platform for a privacy platform company. The team implemented project tracking, requests, reporting, and approvals, connected systems, and added AI summaries for tickets.
SoftDoes helped the client cut internal request handling time by about 30% and sped routine operational tasks by roughly 25%. The team communicated regularly and adapted smoothly to changes. The client was happy with the result and spent less time chasing updates and building weekly reports.

BACKGROUND

I am the Marketing Manager of a privacy platform company.
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
We are privacy platform for secure digital communication and collaboration.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
We had reached a point where everyone on the team had their own way of keeping track of things. Some information lived in Jira, some in spreadsheets, some in Slack, and some was simply in people's heads. It worked while the team was smaller, but eventually it became frustrating. We wanted one place where our operations team could actually see what was happening without chasing updates all day.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
SoftDoes built a web platform that brought together project tracking, internal requests, reporting and several approval processes that had previously been scattered across different tools. They also connected a few existing systems so information didn't have to be entered twice. Later in the project they added AI features that help summarize tickets and organize requests before someone even opens them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I don't think anyone on our team misses the old way of working. Managers spend much less time asking where something stands because most answers are already in the system. Preparing weekly reports went from being something people postponed until Friday afternoon to something that takes just a few clicks. We also measured about a 30% reduction in time spent handling internal requests and roughly a 25% faster turnaround on routine operational tasks.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We spoke regularly, looked at working versions, changed our minds a few times, and the team adapted without turning every small request into a negotiation. That made the whole process much less stressful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What I appreciated most was that they weren't trying to impress us with technical language. If something could be made simpler, they said so. More than once they talked us out of building features we thought we needed, and looking back they were right, and we'd confidently recommend SoftDoes to companies looking for a custom solution that's built around the way they actually work.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
Nothing that affected the outcome, though.

Cleaning company
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire SoftDoes to accomplish?
Running a cleaning business involves much more than scheduling jobs. We were juggling customer requests, technician assignments, recurring appointments, invoices, and internal communication across several different tools, and it was becoming difficult to keep everything organized. We approached SoftDoes because we wanted one system where our office staff could manage daily operations without constantly switching between spreadsheets, emails, and separate applications.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
SoftDoes developed a custom platform that became the central place for managing our daily operations. The system allows us to schedule cleaning appointments, assign crews, monitor recurring services, manage customer information, and keep track of completed jobs. They also built reporting dashboards that give us a much clearer picture of workload, scheduling, and overall business activity. Another useful addition was AI-assisted job categorization and reporting, which helps our office team organize requests and generate internal summaries much faster.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within a few months we noticed a real difference in how the office operated. Time spent preparing daily schedules dropped by roughly 35%, while missed or duplicated appointments became much less common. Our office staff also reduced the amount of time spent answering internal questions because everyone could see the same information in one place. Reporting that previously took hours at the end of the week now takes just a few minutes.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project stayed well organized from beginning to end. There were several occasions where we requested adjustments after seeing early versions of the platform, and the team handled those changes without making the process difficult. We always knew what stage the project was in, and milestones were delivered when expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Cleaning companies have a lot of moving pieces that aren't always obvious from the outside, and it was clear SoftDoes wanted the software to match our day-to-day operations instead of asking us to change the way we work.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftDoes could have done differently?
The first version of a few reporting screens included more information than our managers actually needed. After we shared feedback, those reports became much easier to read, so it wasn't a significant issue.
