They were excellent at project management, and our communication was seamless. At the end of each meeting, they'd send us a deck with what we'd agreed to. There was a lot of engagement throughout the project, and they were clear on timelines within which to provide feedback. Their response to feedback was also amazing. For example, we had minor labeling issues, particularly the French translation. I put the feedback on Vimeo, and they corrected it 25 seconds later. The team was really collaborative; they felt like an extension of our team. They were as eager to make this work as us, so they were fully invested. Their turnover time was really quick. They also adhered to timelines and were great at budgeting.
