5.0 Jul 28, 2021The first batch of photos we received wasn’t what we had imagined or wanted, so we asked them to re-edit them, so the second batch ended up looking great — they understood what we wanted after that first round, and we’re still using the photos now. Their approach towards completing the job the way the hotel wanted was the most important thing to us — they were ready to redo the job a few times until we got the final result. If we had more discussions in the very beginning about the results we wanted to have, we wouldn’t have had to ask for the re-edits.
